I am a Postdoc at the Evolutionary Ecology Group at Cambridge.
My research focus on climate-change-driven speciation and the genomic signals it leaves behind. I construct simulations that allow me to manipulate and track population (and genomic) dynamics, in order to uncover the key mechanisms underlying species divergence.
More broadly, I am interested in theoretical biology. By building mathematical models or simulations, I can study a wide range of topics, including dominance hierarchies within populations, animal behavior, evolutionary trajectories, and plant–biocrust interactions.
